The contact form collects the following data: first and last name, phone number, email address, the house(s) concerned, arrival and departure dates and number of guests (optional), and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to reply to your enquiry or booking request (steps taken prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). It is never sold or used for advertising.
Recipients and retention period
Messages are sent by email to the owner of Les Gîtes de l'Epinay through the Resend email service. They are kept for as long as needed to follow up on your request and, where applicable, your stay, then for the period required by our legal obligations (accounting in particular).
The website is hosted by Vercel and emails are delivered by Resend, two providers based in the United States: this data may therefore be processed outside the European Union.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at gitedelepinay@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
