Good to know

The same for all four houses.

Booking: Book or ask us anything by phone on +33 6 65 47 58 55, or through the contact form.
Weekends: Two nights minimum.; In July and August, we do not take bookings for a single weekend, unless a few days remain free between two stays.
Capacity: No one other than the booked guests may stay or visit, even during the day, without our agreement.
Booking several houses: Several houses can be booked together.; Cerise and Mirabelle are next door to each other and share a pool and a games room.; Cassis, with its private pool, is 150 m from Cerise and Mirabelle.; Myrtille is in the village centre, a 5-minute drive from the other houses.
Cancellation: Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.; After that, 50% of the price of the stay remains due.; From 14 days before arrival, the full price of the stay is due.
Payment: Cash, bank transfer or cheque.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required when the contract is signed.
Security deposit: A security deposit of €500 (Cerise and Mirabelle) or €1,000 (Cassis and Myrtille) is required on arrival.
Arrival and departure: Arrival from 6 pm, departure before 10 am.; These times can be adjusted depending on the situation.; To arrive in the morning, book the night before: for a Friday-morning arrival, the night from Thursday to Friday.; To leave in the afternoon or later, book the following night.; Any damage or unusual cleaning may be charged.; The houses are non-smoking.
